How we work
Six clear steps, each with a defined end point. You always know what’s happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.

Free mini-audit
You get: a 1–2 page report on your current site covering the top issues with design, mobile, SEO and getting people to contact you, with screenshots.
We need: your website address, or a note that you don’t have one yet.
2
Proposal
You get: a written proposal with the package, page list, number of review rounds, price and running costs.
We need: a short video call to understand your business, and who makes the final decision.
3
Kickoff and content
You get: a start date and a simple list of what to send.
We need: the 50% deposit, your logo (SVG if you have it), full-size photos, the email address your forms should go to, and access to your domain settings or your registrar’s name.
4
Design and build
You get: your site built in Framer for desktop, tablet and phone. Every fact on it comes from you or your existing site.
We need: quick answers to any questions we flag. We don’t guess.
5
Review rounds
You get: a private preview link and a walkthrough on a video call with screen share. We collect your feedback into one list per round.
We need: your feedback and, at the end, your written approval.
6
Launch and handover
You get: tested forms, your domain connected, redirects from old pages (where needed), and the Framer project transferred to your own account, with a short guide to editing it.
We need: the final payment and your Framer plan set up in your name.
What we check before anything goes live
Checked on desktop, tablet and phone, in a real preview, not just the editor.
Every fact traced to your own source. Nothing invented.
Every form tested with a real submission before launch.
Every phone and email link checked.
Page titles, descriptions, favicon and share image set on every page.
Images cropped properly. No cut-off heads.
Content stays visible even if animations don’t run.
