Privacy Policy

Who we are
Leeph Studio is a website studio based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Leeph Studio is operated by Zatrel Lee-Phillips. Questions about this policy: leeph@leephstudio.com.
What we collect
When you fill in our mini-audit form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, website address (or that you don’t have one), email address, what you want help with, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and how you heard about us.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you book a call, Google Calendar appointment scheduling (part of our Google Workspace account) collects your name, email and chosen time.
Information collected automatically
Our site is built and hosted on Framer. Like most websites, Framer’s servers process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use Framer’s built-in analytics to see overall visit numbers, such as page views and which pages are popular. Framer Analytics doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individual visitors. We don’t add advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To prepare your mini-audit and reply to you
To talk with you about a possible project
To keep records of our conversations with clients and prospects
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent from Framer to our business email, which runs on Google Workspace. Call bookings are handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling, also part of Google Workspace. Framer and Google process this information on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and the emails about them for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email leeph@leephstudio.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Security
We use reputable providers (Framer and Google Workspace) and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Children
Our site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date above.
